Celebrating the Efforts of Information Technology Professionals at Lorestan University / Steadfast Steps Towards a "Smart University"

Dr. Mehrdad Dadsetani, President of Lorestan University, on the occasion of National Information Technology Day, in line with the "Smart University" initiative, honored the information technology experts of Lorestan University.
According to the Public Relations Department of Lorestan University, the ceremony honoring the information technology professionals of the university was held on Sunday, July 20th of the current year, in the Office of the President, and the President of the University, by awarding appreciation plaques, acknowledged the pioneers of the movement towards a "Smart University".
In his speech at the meeting, Dr. Dadsetani elaborated on the importance of strengthening the information technology infrastructure in achieving a "Smart University" and its role in improving the quality of education and research.
Dr. Dadsetani stated: "Information technology is a world of constant updating, change, and transformation; for this reason, efforts should be made to improve the current situation day by day in all indicators of this field."
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Hossein Hatami, Vice President for Research and Technology of Lorestan University, also attended this meeting.
